Original Vintage Thriller “The Spiral Staircase“ 1946 Linen-Backed Movie Poster

This 1946 psychological horror thriller stars Dorothy McGuire, George Brent, Ethel Barrymore, Rhonda Fleming & Elsa Lanchester. Set over course of 1 evening, the film follows a mute young woman in Vermont stalked & terrorized in a rural mansion by a serial killer targeting women with disabilities. It is very scary & suspense-filled movies. This original & authentic 1-Sheet (27" X 41") linen-backed poster is in very fine condition. A restored poster with vivid, bright color & a clean overall appearance. Restoration has addressed fold wear & pinholes. The thin layer of linen has been trimmed to border & restoration was to address fold & border wear, minute cross-fold separation, & a few interior scuffs & creases. The poster has tiny marks to right of McGuire’s arm, is missing a small section of paper in bottom center border & has tiny little chip in the bottom center of the image that is not very noticeable. There is also evidence of little tear above that which was fixed in restoration.
